SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping Information:

  • When Orders Ship: Orders are picked up every Monday (except holidays) from our Chapman 3C Ranch. 
  • Package Protection: All orders include ShipAid Package Protection by default. You can opt out, but we recommend keeping it for coverage against damage, loss, or theft. 
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $199 qualify for free shipping within a 3-day transit time from our ranch. Perishable orders between $149-$199 within our 3-day transit time have a flat rate shipping fee of $20.                However, Whole Beef, Half Beef, Quarter Beef, and Eighth Beef orders are not eligible for free shipping. Contact us for a shipping quote on bulk beef orders. 
  • Shipping Options: For perishable and non-perishable orders outside our ground shipping network, discounted UPS rates are available during checkout. 
  • Perishable Shipping: Your perishable items come packed in a well-insulated box with gel packs. Transit times vary: 1-2 days for frozen arrival and up to 3 days, where the meat may be partially thawed but safe to freeze. 
  • Local Pickup: Place curbside orders through our website or contact Mark at (254) 977- 4337 or mark@chapman3Ccattle.com for local pickup arrangements. 
  • Shipping Guarantee: Your meat is packaged for protection during transit. If your product arrives warm or with broken seals, contact us immediately for assistance.
  • Shipping Interruptions: Holidays or inclement weather may cause shipping delays. Your order will be shipped on the next available shipping day. 
  • Important Notes: We only ship nationally, and we do not accept international orders or ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid delivery issues. 
  • Tracking and Delivery: You'll receive an email notification with a tracking link once your order is shipped. Carriers do not require you to be home for delivery, so plan to transfer your package to the refrigerator or freezer upon arrival.
